Another hot summer evening in Melbourne.  The BBQ is going and I’ve decided to make a little healthy something to add to the partner and kids burgers and my mushrooms.

It’s an Ally whip up special spur of the moment recipe – and I am quite proud – it is good!

Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh heirloom tomatoes straight from the garden (so proud of my tomatoes)

1 tsp. celery seed

1 tsp. mustard seed

1/4 red onion

squeeze of lemon

dash of sea salt

Combine all ingredients in food processor until roughly chopped and mixed.  Don’t over process!

Serve as a side dish with chia bread, tostaditos or on warmed mushrooms!
