Recipe number 3 I found buried deep within a Michelle Bridges article on healthy eating and exercise.
She suggests these as a snack – but only 1!
1 cup walnuts
1 1/4 cup pitted and chopped fresh dates (Medjool dates found near the strawberries at Woolies)
1/2 cup cacao powder
Process together all ingredients in a food processor – then roll into bite size balls and refrigerate.
Snack as required…
Interestingly, I found that if you combine the Chocolate Mousse Recipe and this Cacao Fudge Ball recipe – you pretty much have the Raw Brownies with Chocolate Icing that I posted on Day 1!
