
It’s hot tonight – I’ve got a pack of salad and vegetables in the fridge and I can’t be bothered doing much really, so I’ve thrown together an Ally Quick Salad.
Easy AS and very tasty!
Ingredients and Method all in one!
In food processor, chop 1/2 cup walnuts, 2 stalks celery, 1 carrot and 1/4 red onion. Place chopped ingredients into a serving bowl / plate.
In the food processor, process together 1/2 tsp. Tahini, 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. Nama Shoyu, 1/2 Tbsp. macadamia oil and 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice.
Mix until combined and pour dressing over chopped vegetables.
Dress with chopped spring onions, chilli flakes and hemp seed.
Satisfying, filling, tasty and moreish and probably enough left overs for lunch tomorrow!
