
I am just in need of a little bit of rejuvenating this morning so rather than my usual brew of juice I thought I’d give one of Sandra Cabot’s rejuvenating combinations a go.
This one had all the ingredients available in my fridge so was perfect.
Ingredients:
Equal portions of: carrot; celery; tomato; apple
1/2 chopped parsley
4-6 mint leaves
and juice together!
My juicer is a bit awful at juicing leafy vegetables and herbs, so I just chopped mine – I probably should’ve popped in the blender for a few seconds – but I am not fussy!
Delicious Juice… now ready for a zingy day 🙂
