
12/03/2013 – I have been holidaying in Perth over a long weekend which makes regular blogging and raw food cooking extremely difficult!
So I’ve returned home from my holiday, sun blessed and sluggish from all the non raw food I’ve eaten… slightly depleted of energy and 6 blogs behind schedule.
I need a super quick six recipes to catch up! You will LOVE this because all these recipes are super fast and super easy!
13/03/2013 – Some googling for a good hour and I’ve come up with my six.
Simple and easy – no fancy equipment and no more than 1/2 hour each dish! In fact most no more than 15 minutes!

14/03/2013 – Ingredients are purchased and I am ready to do my best to catch up and I did! (Thanks honey for getting my missing ingredients while I was at work today – could not have done it without your help).
Here it is – the Super Quick Six to get me ‘almost’ back on schedule for 365 new raw food recipes in 1 year.
It took me less than 2 hours to whip up these 6 recipes – who says raw food takes up more time! This is healthy eating fast and uncomplicated!
15 Minute Chocolate Fudge Cookies – perfect, nut free for kids lunches (or for my lunch box)
Budget Savvy Seed and Sultana (instead of raisin) Balls – also nut free and great for kids lunch boxes – bye bye Carmen’s muesli bars 😛
Avocado Soup – my dinner entrée! With a stamp of approval from the boyfriend!
Cheesy Miso Kale Salad – sorry not sharing – this is my lunch for tomorrow!
Zucchini Pasta with Basil Pesto and Pumpkin Seed Parmesan – our main course.
Number 6 in the dehydrator – not quite to quick… Smoky Mushrooms.
The damage over the 2 hour period – not too bad because I am a clean as you go kind of girl although I faded slightly at recipe 5 and 6 🙂
