Day 121 – Smoky Mushrooms

Tad tired – 6 recipes in one night after work… zzzz’s are coming on….

Smoky Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced

1 cup raw cashews, soaked (for 1 1/2 hours)

1 small handful of rosemary

1 tsp. Himalayan salt

pinch of chilli powder

juice of 1/2 lemon

4 Tbsp. water

Method:

Put all ingredients, except mushrooms in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour sauce over mushrooms and coat mushrooms well in sauce.

Place on a lined dehydrator tray and dehydrate overnight (no more than 118 degrees Fahrenheit)

Can I just say – I pulled these out of the dehydrator this morning and they are absolutely delicious – I have to confess – between myself and my boyfriend – we have eaten them ALL!
