Ingredients:

1 cup prunes, soaked for 10 minutes
1/2 cup raw cacao
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 cup Pumpkin seed, ground
2 1/2 Tbsp, agave nectar
1/4 Tsp. vanilla
2 small pinches Himalayan salt
Method:
Place ground pumpkin seed, cacao and salt into bowl.
Process prunes until you have a prune paste.
Add prunes, vanilla, agave and coconut oil to dry mixture and combine until dough balls can be formed.
Shape into balls and press with a fork to flatten.
Refrigerate or eat immediately.
These are REALLY good! A kids lunch box winner.
