
This is a variation to the well known CADA (Coconut, Almond, Date and Apple) recipe. I really like this as it is similar to a gourmet style muesli with the added seeds and goji berries.

1 handful of almonds
1/4 cup coconut
2 small apples, cored and quartered
4 fresh dates, pitted
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. goji berries
1 Tsp. powdered vanilla
Method:
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse a couple of times until the apple and dates are chopped and combined with the other ingredients.
Serve with your favourite muesli toppings and fruit 🙂
