This is a simple green smoothie with very few ingredients… great for when you haven’t been out to the shops in a few days and all you have in the fridge is spinach and frozen bananas in the freezer!
2 frozen ripe bananas, broken in half or thirds
1 cup almond milk
1 cup packed fresh spinach
2 pitted dates
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender (or Thermomix 🙂 ) and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately and if you are like me – race off to work… hope I don’t miss my train!
Delicious and sweet! Am seriously thinking I can get the whole family to drink this every morning – it is good!
