Using the delicious Pizza Crusts from yesterday – I am going to make Greek Pizza.  Again this comes from Alissa Cohen’s book, ‘Raw Food for Everyone’.  This was one of the easiest of the Pizzas to do and the picture in Alissa’s book looks absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:1/2 cup Quick Cheese

4 Pizza Crusts

1 cup spinach

sea salt

extra virgin olive oil

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 tomato, thinly sliced

6 Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

pinch of chilli flakes

You know what to do!

Spread the quick cheese as the base and then top the pizzas with the toppings, sprinkle with sea salt, chilli flakes and a drizzle of olive oil.

I then pop these into the dehydrator for 1 1/2 hrs – 2 hrs at 115 degrees Fahrenheit…

YUMMO!  Serve with a salad or just eat them all up and then wish you’d cooked more!
