Desserts are probably THE MOST popular raw food I prepare. Kids and adults LOVE raw desserts for their rich flavours and textures BUT what is the BEST about RAW DESSERTS is that they are the guilt free treat that we allow ourselves to indulge in.
This is a class about learning how to prepare both simple and complex Raw Desserts and includes lots of hints and tips for using the right ingredients and methods to give you a perfect result every time.

Classes are held in Doncaster, Melbourne (address details will be provided on confirmation of booking). To confirm your booking a deposit of $50 must be made 1 week prior to class commencement. We are unable to give refunds on cancellations, but will happily transfer your booking to another course date.
All food prepared is dairy, gluten, colour- and preservative- free. Please advise me in advance if you have special dietary requirements.
