Just Desserts

Desserts are probably THE MOST popular raw food I prepare.  Kids and adults LOVE raw desserts for their rich flavours and textures BUT what is the BEST about RAW DESSERTS is that they are the guilt free treat that we allow ourselves to indulge in.

This is a class about learning how to prepare  both simple and complex Raw Desserts and includes lots of hints and tips for using the right ingredients and methods to give you a perfect result every time.

Course Outline:

Basic Raw Living Food theory discussed throughout workshop

Demonstration of 6-7 delicious recipes (make sure you bring an appetite – what you can’t eat you are welcome to take home!)

Raw Chocolate Making
Raw Cheesecake

Comprehensive recipe sheets provided 
Discussion of the nutritional value of ingredients and get the low down on raw kitchen gizmos and gadgets

The Class Setting

Classes are held in Doncaster, Melbourne (address details will be provided on confirmation of booking).  To confirm your booking a deposit of $50 must be made 1 week prior to class commencement.  We are unable to give refunds on cancellations, but will happily transfer your booking to another course date.

All food prepared is dairy,  gluten, colour- and preservative- free.  Please advise me in advance if you have special dietary requirements.

Please note: some recipes DO contain nuts.

    Hi Ally,
    I’m tossing up between the raw basics class and the just desserts class. In the raw basics, do you make a dessert as well? I would love to see the nut milks but I do have a sweet tooth as well!

      Hi Ashlee, in the raw basics class we make everything you need to get started on incorporating more raw into your diet. The raw basics does include 1 raw dessert and I often have a raw cheesecake on hand for you to try as a tempter for Just Desserts. In the raw desserts – it is just desserts and not so much of those basics elements of the raw food journey… Hope to see you at one or the other and you can always try a dessert recipe from my website.
