Raw Food Basics

This is a class about learning how to prepare simple Raw Food Recipes so that you can easily incorporate more raw fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds into your diet in a way that is fun, easy, healthy and most importantly – tastes awesome!

I will teach you some of my favourite recipes and share with you lots of hints and tips on preparing Raw Living Food.

Classes are held in Doncaster, Melbourne (address details will be provided on confirmation of booking).  To confirm your booking a $50 deposit must be received 1 week prior to class commencement.   We are unable to give refunds on cancellations, but will happily transfer your booking to another course date.

All food prepared is dairy,  gluten, colour- and preservative- free.  Please advise me in advance if you have special dietary requirements.

Please note: some recipes DO contain nuts.
