Hmm… apparently this the best chocolate pudding ever!
You’ll have to try it to find out ;-P
5 avocados, peeled and pitted (I used 4 large)
1 cup agave nectar
1/4 raw cacao powder
Pinch of salt
seeds from 1 vanilla bean
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy. This might take a bit of work stopping and starting the blender and scraping down the sides.
Pour the creamy mixture into a bowl. You can either eat straight away or refrigerate to thicken for an hour. Keeps well covered in fridge for 2 to 3 days.
