How easy is this recipe – just 5 ingredients….

You can choose to dehydrate or simply place in the oven to warm – or even eat straight away – I chose to dehydrate mine πŸ™‚

Ingredients:… makes 6 burgers…

1 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes – soaked in warm water for 1 hour

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil preserved)

1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds soaked for 2 -3 hours in filtered water

1 Tbsp. curry powder (adjust according to taste)

2 Tbsp. chia seeds

Method:

Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined and forming a rough crumbly mixture.

Place the mixture onto a sheet of glad bake and form into a log.

Cut into 6 patties and place onto a dehydrator tray.

Dehydrate for 6-7 hours.

Enjoy with some Raita and salad πŸ™‚

Will keep in fridge for 4-5 days.
