Build Your Bones Salad

This is a whopping big salad…  it will make about 10-14 cups which is 2 generous servings or a number of smaller side salads.

Ingredients:

2 – 3 cups thinly sliced Kale

2 – 3 cups romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

2 – 3 cups broccoli florets

2 – 3 cups thinly sliced red cabbage

1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips

handful of sprouted lentils – for garnish and to add protein

handful of sprouted mung beans – for garnish and to add protein

1 quantity of Lemon-Tahini Dressing

Method:

Combine all ingredients together – add the dressing and as always I combine using my hands 🙂

Grab a huge plate and pile it up and you have yourself a very healthy dinner that your body will love you for!
