This is a yummy salad dressing that you could use an so many different salad – basically anything very green and crunchy works well.
In a high speed blender blend together:
1/2 cup filtered water
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup flaxseed oil
3 Tbsp. Nama Shoyu or Tamari
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tbsp. maple syrup or agave nectar
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
You can store this in a jar in the fridge for a week.
I used mine up straight away on a huge salad!
