This is an awesome raw cheese!
I was first introduced to this cheese in Perth at the raw food cooking class, one of the girls brought it in – absolutely yummy on crackers or add to a wrap or just eat it on its own!
1 batch Basic Nut Cheese
1 1/2 Tsp. chilli powder
1 Tsp. nutritional yeast
1 Tsp. ground cumin
1/2 Tsp. ground coriander
1/4 Tsp. onion powder
1/8 Tsp. cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combine.
Shape into a round and refrigerate until firm.
Serve with my favourite – corn crackers!
