I’ve tried a few different chocolate brownies on this site… so why not try another?
Ingredients:…makes 16 squares…
2 cups raw dates
1 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup raw almond butter
1 Tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients (except the frosting) and process until it is a bit like ‘potting mix’. It should stick together when pinched.
Press mixture firmly into a lined square brownie tin.
Ice with the chocolate frosting and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Cut and enjoy!
Keeps in the fridge for 3-4 weeks or in the freezer for 2-3 months.
Warning! This is very rich!
