What an adventure it has been… so far…
Today 2 passionfruit looked at me from the fruit bowl… so in they went to the smoothie – just what my son needs – a Vitamin C boost as he fights off a sore throat…
Ingredients:…serves 2…
2 Frozen Bananas (I keep a container full of them in my freezer – just for smoothies… as they ripen in the fruit bowl beyond what anyone wants to eat them – I peel them and pop them in the freezer – perfect for smoothies)
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 Tbsp. honey
2 passionfruit, pulp only
1 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
Method:
Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
Absolutely delicious, ‘Tropical Delight’, say my son 🙂
