This has got to be one of the most easy recipes ever! There is only 1 ingredient – bananas!
Grab 5 or 6 ripe bananas and blend them up until nice and liquid.
Pour the liquefied bananas onto a lined dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 115 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 – 12 hours. Flip after 10 hours and dehydrate a further 10 -12 hours.
The banana leather can be cut up into any size you like – roll it up as a roll up or make into crepes filled with a cashew cream and topped with strawberries 🙂
