After a busy day out – I wanted a quick raw food recipe I could have for dinner… this soup is perfect accompanied by some flaxseed crackers, dip and sauerkraut… oh and did I mention… sooo easy!
1 clove garlic
1 cup filtered water
1 Tsp. Himalayan salt
1 Tbsp. Braggs mixed herbs (or Italian herbs)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. If you want a warm soup – add hot water instead of cold water.
I made mine in the Thermomix. Blended all the ingredients on speed 7 for 5 secs, then heated at 37 degrees for 6 minutes.
