
There are a few different versions of this yummy porridge around, this one is my version. It is absolutely perfect anytime of the day, but I especially like it for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of soaked and dehydrated almonds
1 red apple cored and quartered
2 pitted dates
1/4 cup of coconut (shredded or desiccated)
1/4 Tsp. vanilla powder
1/4 Tsp. cinnamon
Method:
In a food processor place the apple, dates and almonds and pulse until combined. Add the vanilla, coconut and cinnamon and combine gently.
Serve!
This is yummy with a little bit of cashew cream or some coconut yogurt.
