Sometimes you just need a little something to go with some fresh strawberries, a pie or over fruit crumble… this is it!
This is so delicious and rich, it is the perfect accompaniment to any dessert and I can’t wait to have it with my pear pie in a few days time (after I soak and dehydrate my pecans)!
For now though – I will just dip my home grown organic strawberries in it and be happy with such a simple delicacy.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. vanilla paste
1 cup coconut water
2 cups pine nuts
dash of Himalayan salt
1/2 – 3/4 cup agave nectar (adjust to your liking)
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until rich and creamy (doesn’t take long at all).
Once blended, transfer to a squeeze bottle so that you can garnish all your desserts fast and easily!
Store for 10 days in the fridge.
Makes about 2 cups….
This goes on one of my favourites!

A book I have been happy to revisit – because everything in it is so gourmet…. The Art of Raw Food Living by Jenny Ross and Doreen Virtue…
Thank you – so glad I have revisited – a few more of your recipes on the menu this week!
