
Forget Rice Paper Rolls – have these gorgeously crunchy wraps with Asian Dip.
They are so good – lunch tomorrow for me… and I must confess I had a couple after dinner tonight – they were just so crunchy yummy and good!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed
1/3 cucumber cut into match sticks
3 button mushrooms, thinly sliced
4 Chinese cabbage leaves
Method:
Place sprouts, snow peas, cucumber and mushrooms onto a large cabbage leaf.
Wrap as you would a burrito or tortilla folding bottom, sides, then top into a dumpling like style. I found I needed a bit of string to help hold in place.
Dip these in Asian Dipping Sauce and savour the wonderful crunch and flavour infusion.
