
This is a simple ice-cream recipe that is coconut free!
Ingredients:
2 Tsp. vanilla paste
2 1/2 cups almond milk
1 1/2 cups medjool dates (pitted)
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and the medjool dates are fully blended.
Pour into an ice-cream mixer. The mixture will take about 1/2 hr to be ready to eat.
Serve!
I served this with Figs in OJ.
Quite sweet – but yummy.
