I am a Lymphatic Body Type which means when I put on weight I put it on all over my body and not just in one spot. I end up looking fatter than I really am due to fluid retention from a dysfunctional lymphatic system. I also have a sluggish to low metabolic rate which helps me gain weight easily. I’m not so fond of exercise and have historically craved dairy products – although I rarely eat these now.
Lymphatic Body Types need to avoid dairy and drink plenty of water everyday and do regular exercise.

1/3 inch fresh ginger
2 sticks celery
1/2 Lebanese cucumber
1 small red radish
2 inch slice fresh pineapple
Juice away and drink this invigorating spicy juice. I could drink this everyday no problems at all. Nothing sluggish about this gorgeous juice!
