Day 74 – Smoothie for High Blood Pressure

I recently purchased a book called, ‘Raw Juices Can Save Your Life’.  The book is packed full of information about what fruits and vegetables are good for what.  It comes with lots of recipes just like this one, so it is kind of fun to pick out the ones that suit you and then mix up your medicine.

Ingredients:

1 Banana

1 inch pineapple slice, skin removed

1 cup almond milk

1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

Method:

Blend together until smooth and then enjoy.

This is delicious and will definitely try it again 🙂
