Course 1 – Raw Food Basics

This is a class about learning how to prepare simple Raw Food Recipes so that you can easily incorporate more raw fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds into your diet in a way that is fun, easy, healthy and most importantly – tastes awesome!

I will teach you some of my favourite recipes and share with you lots of hints and tips on preparing Raw Living Food.

Course 2 – Just Desserts

Have your cake and eat it too – guilt-free!

This course will teach you all about making some of the most popular raw desserts around.  During the class we will be making a raw cheesecake, raw chocolate, brownies, a raw cake, my favourite slice and much more – plus I will share with you lots of hints and tips for how to create desserts that work every time.

Class Location & Further Details

All classes are held in Doncaster Melbourne (in Ally’s Kitchen).  Here, at home, she can show you ‘everything’ raw and all the things that happen on a day-to-day basis in a ‘raw kitchen’.

All classes are $110.00 for 2 hour workshop.

To confirm your booking a $50 deposit must be received 1 week prior to class commencement.   We are unable to give refunds on cancellations, but will happily transfer your booking to another course date.

All food prepared is dairy,  gluten, colour – and preservative- free.  Please advise Ally in advance if you have special dietary requirements.

Please note: some recipes DO contain nuts.
