
The perfect simple accompaniment to crackers or a curry dish.
Ingredients:
1 large tomato, seeded and diced finely
1/2 red capsicum, seeded and diced finely
1/2 Tsp. freshly minced ginger
1/4 Tsp. ground ginger
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl and allow to chill and infuse for an hour before serving.
