I very rarely eat Persimmon, not because I don’t like them – just because I never think to buy them…
Today I did buy one and I put it straight into my smoothie and wow! Yummy!
This is a great smoothie for when you are tired of berries, green stuff and chocolate 🙂
Ingredients:…1 large smoothie…
3/4 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 persimmon, quartered
1 Tsp. cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into your favourite smoothie glass and sip or slurp away!
