Awesome on a chia pudding or porridge, sprinkle onto sorbets and ice-cream or add to fruit…

2 Oranges, thinly sliced
coconut sugar (probably about 1 cup)
Dehydrate the sliced oranges for 48 hours at 115 degrees – they need to be very dry and well dehydrated.
In a Thermomix or food processor, process the orange until well ground. Add an equal quantity of coconut sugar and pulse…
There you have it – completed mission equals orange coconut sugar!
Store in an airtight container for as long as you like 🙂
