Day 155 – Banana Chips

Dehydrated Bananas (2)TOO EASY!

All you need is a couple of bananas (ripe), a sharp knife and a dehydrator.

Cut the bananas into thin slices and place on a dehydrator rack.


Place in the dehydrator for 24 hours (at 115 degrees Fahrenheit) until the Banana chips are crunchy.  Store in an airtight bag or jar.  Munch as required.

I reckon a few of these will end up in the kids lunches.

Note how these have not gone brown – no additives – no preservatives – just bananas!
