I am going to use this cashew milk in my Tiramisu recipe but this could easily be used in a smoothie or on granola for breakfast – or whenever you need some milk.
1 cup cashews, soaked 1-2 hours
3 cups water
2 Tbsp. raw honey
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt.
Blend all ingredients on high until you reach a smooth milky texture.
This milk can keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
