Delicious with any mushroom dish.
1 tsp. cardamom pods
1 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. mustard seeds
2 Tbsp. coriander seeds
2 Tbsp. anise seeds
Put all ingredients in a spice or coffee grinder. Grind spices.
Transfer to a glass jar and store at room temperature.
I am going to use this seasoning in my mushroom fettuccini!
