Dying for something rich and chocolaty – well this is your answer. I can guarantee that one is enough!
Ingredients:
4 ounces cacao butter, melted
4 ounces coconut oil, melted
9 ounces agave nectar
7 ounces cacao powder
Dash of sea salt
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup raisins
Method:
Combine oil, cacao butter and nectar in a mixing bowl
Add cacao, almond butter and salt and mix well until smooth
Place bowl of mixture in the fridge for half an hour.
Spoon out and roll mixture into truffle size balls. Refrigerate a further hour before serving.
Truffles will keep in fridge a further 2 weeks.
This gets quite messy and chocolaty – so you’ll love the experience if you are a chocolate fan 🙂
Enjoy in moderation… 😐
