
I felt like a little something different for breakfast this morning – but still a smoothie type drink.
So inspired by the Strawberry Smoothie – I decided to make a Mango Smoothie instead.
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango (peeled and pip removed)
1 young thai coconut – water and flesh
1/2 cup ice cubes
Method:
Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
This makes 2 large glasses full and is quite delicious. Will keep me powering through the day – can’t wait for the Christmas break!
