
This morning I popped some strawberries into the kids lunches and still had a few left over – so I decided to make them into the delicious strawberry smoothie and that could be my breakfast sorted…
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, de-stemmed
1 peeled banana
1 young Thai coconut (flesh and water)
1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
1 Tbsp agave nectar
Blend all ingredients in blender and serve.
Hmmm… perfect way to start the day – this make 2 glasses full to the brim!
