
I’ve felt a little lacking in energy the last few days – then I realised I have not been having my green smoothie each morning – so here is my quick pep it up easy green smoothie to kick start my day.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup kale
1 Tsp. agave nectar
1 Tbsp. super green powder
3/4 cup almond milk
AND BLEND until SMOOTH!
Pour and drink and be energised!!!!

PS. And it worked – I was out the door – walking – home again pulled out the sewing machine – whizzed up 4 nut milk bags – now onto blogs and then more raw fooding!
