
So many days arrive and I just feel like drinking green smoothies…. There is probably nothing I love more for breakfast than a green smoothie… This one is a powerhouse of banana energy and kale vitamins… VROOOMMMMM and my day is off to a brilliant start…
Blend together….
4 Kale leaves
1 cup spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup filtered water
1 Tbsp. agave syrup (or a couple of dates)
That simple…. enjoy….
