This is actually only half the recipe – so you can double this if you want more.
This makes 1 litre of ice-cream and takes about 15-20 minutes in the ice-cream maker.
A lovely creamy, nutty ice-cream – reminds me of the Baci gelato.
Delicious with some Berry Salsa drizzled on top.
1 cup cashews
1 cup packed coconut meat
2 cups Almond milk
1/4 cup coconut water
5 pitted dates
1/2 Tsp. Himalayan salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into an ice-cream maker and freeze for 15-20 minutes or until ready to serve.
Serve immediately with a sauce of your choice – or just eat on it’s own.
A sweet nutty ice-cream that is so easy to eat.
My kids ate theirs all up!
