Day 52 – Tropical Smoothie

A warm morning, my partner has been out working in the garden and is looking in need of something refreshing, cool and energising.  I am looking to make a different breakfast smoothie.

This tropical smoothie the perfect combination of energy, breakfast and refreshing 🙂

Ingredients:

2 kiwi fruit – peeled

2 bananas – peeled

juice of 3 oranges and 1/4 pineapple

1 cup ice

Method:

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth!

Deliciously refreshing.

This makes 2 full size glasses of smoothie.
